Excellent service....

Absolutely loved my facial! Its so hard to find a good facial these days, but Lauren was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the skin and she uses premium skin care products too. I will defintely be back and recommend her to everyone I know. Hopefully they will continue to provide this service ❤️

I had a really disappointing experience with this salon. I booked an appointment through their Booksy system, only to receive a cancellation notification shortly before I was due to leave. Nobody contacted me to explain what had happened or apologise for the inconvenience. When I messaged the salon, they told me the technician was self-employed and that they don’t manage her bookings. However, the appointment was booked through the salon’s Booksy account and under their business name. Having previously used Booksy myself as a self-employed professional, I understand how the system works, and the business owner manages the Booksy account and the staff members attached to it. Regardless of whether a technician is self-employed, customers book through the salon and expect clear communication. Simply saying it’s “out of our hands” isn’t an acceptable response when an appointment is cancelled without any prior notice. I do want to add that I previously had a lovely experience with Kaitlyn when she did my nails, and I was really happy with both the service and the results. Unfortunately, because of how my second experience was handled and the lack of accountability and communication, I won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as good customer service and communication make all the difference.

Chloe is absolutely amazing! I had a brow lamination and a Korean lash lift with her, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The attention to detail was incredible, and she took the time to make sure everything was perfect. My brows have never looked so full and beautifully shaped, and my lashes look so lifted and natural without needing mascara. I’ve had so many compliments already! You can really tell Chloe takes pride in her work, and the results speak for themselves. I left feeling so much more confident, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I can’t recommend Chloe enough!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Found the 11:11 Beauty Lounge to have a really nice relaxing atmosphere. Chloe was really friendly. Super pleased with my Korean lash lift & tint, will definitely come back again.
