Came back around 4 months after a disappointing first experience where I ended up leaving. Decided to give 121 Barber Therapy another go and this time I saw the owner, Chaddy. Completely different experience. Trim was 10/10 and the customer service was spot on. I asked plenty of questions and even challenged him on a couple of things and he answered everything properly, explained what he was doing and made sure I was happy throughout. Chaddy also acknowledged and apologised for what happened the first time, which I really respected, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience this time around. Credit where it’s due, completely changed my opinion of the place. 10/10 trim and service, will definitely be back.
