Booked in with owner Mushy after seeing all the 5* reviews mentioning his name - experience was above and beyond my expectations. Went through my exact requirements before starting my haircut and recommended changes along the way to make my hair and beard even better. Did not rush at all taking as much time as was needed to make it perfect. Hands down one of the best barbers I've ever come across - meticulous attention to detail, really chatty and engaging throughout the haircut and has a genuine love for what he does. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, on this occasion the barber in question who was scheduled to be in the shop failed to attend, which resulted in the shop being closed when you arrived. I completely understand your frustration, especially after booking an appointment and arriving on time. As discussed over the phone, I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience and wasted journey. I have since addressed the issue internally and taken steps to ensure this does not happen again.
