Shocked that the owner himself never showed for my booked appointment. Rang mobile and his phone was left on the desk in the shop. If you’re going to leave your own shop and clients, at least inform your staff that appointments are priority over walk-ins. Terrible service, I will never return now (after having 3 cuts there due to my current barber moving away). Such a shame because this could have been my go-to for God knows how long. You’ve lost a client.
