Been going since September 2025 always been spot on and no problems. But unfortunately won’t be going now they all don’t care and don’t give a shit about your time and are very inconsiderate. If I book with certain person it’s always someone else cutting my hair. They make you wait for ages. Then not long ago I was waiting half hour after making appointment and he walks out and gets McDonalds and comes back with it which means it took 45 minutes till I sat in seat. So unprofessional and I’ll not be coming back.

We’re also glad to hear that, during the time you have been coming to us, you have generally been happy with the haircuts and service you received. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced on your recent visit. Unfortunately, from time to time, unexpected situations can happen in a busy business, although we always try our best to provide a professional service and respect our customers’ time. We would also like to mention that, according to our booking records, you have cancelled your appointments with us five times previously. On this occasion, you did not attend your appointment, but instead left this review on the same day. We understand that circumstances can change, but we believe it is only fair to consider both sides when discussing respect for appointments and customers’ time. Nevertheless, we appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you all the best in the future.

Always a great hair and beard cut at Abs. My 4th visit, I travel to Newcastle from the west mids to visit relatives and a visit to Abs is always a highlight of my trip. Would very much recommend it, the barbers are very skilled and attentive.
