I’ve been here a few times before with no issues. However, I went today and the quality was terrible. The barber shaved against the grain, didn't shape my beard properly, and on top of that, overcharged me. Paying £37 for this quality is ridiculous—I’d pay £15 for better in London. I won't be coming back. To be fair, it might be my fault for not checking, as the barber I usually see was not there. Terrible

I really loved the haircut and beard styling. The barber listened carefully to my suggestions and patiently made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. The salon also felt very clean and calm, which made the whole experience relaxing. Definitely recommend!
