The first time trying Electrolysis and Jackie made me feel so comfortable for the whole thing! She talked me through the whole procedure gave me tips for after-care and future appointments. She also tailored my appointment to talk about how my hair was growing and what’s the best way to tackle it. She was patient with me and helped me manage my pain. I look forward to this journey with her! I always recommend Ambertone to my friends!xx
My first Hollywood wax and Jackie was lovely. She explained everything perfectly and I felt really comfortable the whole time. Already booked in for my next one.

Very smooth and quick however the ball wasn’t tight enough fell out and had to put the ring back in
It was my first time getting a wax and Jackie made me feel so comfortable!! She talked me through it all and was great at making it not feel awkward at all. She was quick which I really liked so that it was over quickly - definitely recommend and will be going back!
