Awful ride staff - just wanted to leave annoyed when asking for a design that had booked in for and over charged me by over 15£
Hi Lucy , Your nails are removed and renewed, we have waived the removal fee for you, only charged you 30 pounds for full set BIAB , plus 12 pounds for the design fee, your lying and leaving a 1 star review affects the honor and reputation of our business, you should rethink what you are doing.
Awful, made an appointment for 10:30 waited until 11 and the shutters were still shut no sign of anyone. Walked passed again at 12:30 shutters still shut. Said open online at 10am.

The staff are probably lovely and do an amazing job. However, I would not advise any one to book an appointment with this business. I booked an appointment today at 1:45pm and I arrived exactly on time. The two members of staff where doing other peoples nails who must of been walk ins. I wasn’t that bothered, until another women who was sitting beside me was a walk in and she went before me even though I had made an appointment. The man did apologise, but didn’t seem sincere as that was only said after twenty minutes of me sitting there, when he also added she will be done in two minutes. I never like to create bad atmosphere, or talk bad on small businesses because from their post and reviews they do lovely nails, I would just be careful that if u have plans do not book in with themselfs as I waited an hour and five minutes and I did eventually get up and leave.
