Firstly, this was going to be a negative review. I turned up for a prebooked appointment only to have to wait for 25 minutes. I was seething. Unhappy. What shifted this was without saying anything they gave me a huge discount as a way of apology. The barber also made up time with the fastest, most accurate fade under pressure. Just an unbelievable service really.

Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue with our booking system, which meant we weren't aware your booking had come through until you arrived. That's an explanation, not an excuse, and we're very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We're pleased that Ricardo was able to make up for the difficult start with a haircut you were happy with, and that we could offer a discount as a small gesture of apology. I booked in for a skin fade and the result was spot on. Matthew listened to what I wanted, checked in throughout the cut, and delivered a clean, sharp fade with great attention to detail. The whole appointment felt relaxed and professional, and I left really happy with the finish. Easily one of the best fades I’ve had — highly recommend!

I had a skin fade with Matthew and couldn’t be happier with the result. He took his time, paid great attention to detail, and made sure the fade was blended perfectly.
