Today was a massive step for my son — after three years of growing his hair, he decided it was time for a BIG chop! ✂️❤️ From the moment we walked in, Bailey made him feel completely comfortable. Throughout the whole cut, my son was asked for his opinions, given options and offered professional advice. Bailey took the time to explain why the exact style my son initially wanted wasn’t possible straight away because of his previous hairstyle, but instead worked with him to create a cut that will help him grow towards the style he wants. What made me happiest was seeing my son so involved in the whole process and, most importantly, so chuffed with the end result. 😊 My son has sadly lost a lot of confidence in other barbers over the years, so today felt like such a huge step in the right direction for him. Watching him walk out feeling confident and happy about his hair meant the absolute world to us. We genuinely couldn’t be happier — and neither could he! ❤️ Thank you, Bailey, for making such a big moment feel so positive and for giving my boy his confidence back. We’ll definitely be back! ✂️ ignore his expressions he loves it!

From the moment I walked into the barbers, he made feel so comfortable and relaxed, as an autistic person it’s hard for me to feel secure and safe in a different place and this was my first time trying a different barber as I’m not originally from here. Bailey is a very bubbly, warm person and there wasn’t a single second where I felt uncomfortable. As for the hair cut he was really patient and I walked out with a great skin fade. Thank you Bailey
