Did not show up at all

Barber didn’t even show up and shop was closed. Waited outside for half hour. Defo won’t be going back

booked it and arrived before appointment. place was shut. if you ain't open don't allow me to make an appointment. wasted a lot of my time.

Shop didnt open, waited a while but no show

We had a great experience here a few weeks ago, especially with the online booking system. My son is autistic and really benefits from having a set appointment time rather than waiting or being turned away if it’s busy. Because of that, I booked another appointment for 28th January at 5:30pm. We arrived on time to find the shop completely shut, with no notice or communication. This was really frustrating and upsetting after planning around my son’s needs. If appointments are offered online, they need to be honoured or customers should be informed that they’re not going ahead! Very disappointed

Booked for 0930 waited outside for over 20 mins no sign of anyone. Booking wasn’t cancelled. Take it t ey couldn’t be bothered to open
