Love going to Ruby, I get my lashes done so I don't waste mascara during my sport (it's a very make-up unfriendly one) but still want to look good. The lash lift and tint last for ages and are definitely worth it. Ruby is always really friendly, and seems like she can tell if you're a yapper or prefer being a bit quieter (I'm introverted as hell). Either one, she always makes you feel comfortable

So so happy with the results and the experience. Ruby was very welcoming and informed me of everything before starting. Didn’t want the facial to end!!!

Had a Korean lash lift yesterday and I loved it! The atmosphere was so relaxing and calm with low lighting and calming music and Ruby was reassuring the whole time. As it was my first lift, she was very patient and kind. My eyelashes are typically more downwards facing and droopy and the lift made such a difference! I’m looking forward to coming back in six weeks time to get them done again, they’ve never looked this good not even with mascara!
