The appointment felt very professional while still being cozy and relaxing. Communication was great throughout, and I felt really listened to about the look I wanted. The space was clean, nice, and welcoming, and my lashes turned out absolutely beautiful, just how I wanted them!

I highly highly recommend Chanice! She’s been slaying my lashes since 2022 after my sister recommended her and I have not looked back since. The time and care and effort she puts into every lash set shows her passion and dedication. Chanice is also so lovely and puts you at ease to the point where I would just comfortably snore away.

Booked an infill through the platform and only found out after the appointment was finished that I was being charged for a full set instead. I came after the recomended time (3w for infills). This was never mentioned at the start or during the 2+ hours I was there. Changing the price after the service is completed is not OK. This is a home salon, so I went in with realistic expectations about quality. I chose it mainly because it was close and cheap, as I’m going through a financially difficult time. That is not an invitation to be treated unfairly or pressured into paying more at the end. The work itself was poor. Chanice is clearly an amateour : she leans too heavily on you eyes, pulls on the lashes, has your eyes almost glued at the end and needs to cut some of the lashes so you can even open your eyes.The appointment took far longer than normal, the lashes did not last (which apparently became the justification for charging me more), and at one point I realised Chanice was watching YouTube videos while working on my eyes. That alone says everything about the level of care and professionalism. I mean I understand, this is a side gig and not her day job, but she could at least try I did not feel comfortable challenging the situation in someone’s private home (she does the appointments in a shed in her yard, so you have to pass through several rooms with children and stuff in them, going about their day) which made the experience even more uncomfortable. If you value transparency, basic professionalism, or feeling safe to speak up as a client, I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere.

Loved getting my lashes done by Beauty by Blair! She was professional, gentle, and got the hybrid look on my eye shape just right. Service was amazing and the whole experience was relaxing. Highly recommend!
