My appointment was cancelled last minute without apology or explanation. I had an event that evening and had to go without my hair being styled.

Awful experience had exactly what I didn’t want done to my hair. Washed my hair with only shampoo no conditioner, didnt even blow dry it asked for the payment and left the shop as soon as I had paid.

Had my nails done by Tianna, she was super talkative and kept checking up on me, loved my nails🥹🥹

absolutely awful service. The person who I booked in for wasn't even there. travelled all the way there to be told they weren't even in!! will never book again.

looks good but my eyebrows are now uneven

Booked an appointment, walked in to be told they had no conditioner so could not complete the service. They asked if I could come back tomorrow or this afternoon but that didn’t work for my schedule. They said they would call me once they’d been to the shop and I still haven’t heard anything (2hrs later). So I can’t rate the blow dry but it wasn’t the best customer service experience.
