Best lash tech in Darlington! Always does a good set of lashes, you get exactly what you ask for everytime. Won't go to anyone else for my lashes. Such a lovely lass too which just adds to the positive review!

Very disappointed!!! Weirdest experience with a lashtech.. 🤔 She moved my booking from Saturday to Sunday then she asked me to send a photo of my lashes. Then she said she doesn't do infill for someone else's job.(I booked for a new set) after all I booked a removal appointment through booksy as they was available. So she still said no. I go on holiday tomorrow she nearly managed to ruin my day. Also she seeing clients while being sick.
I explained that I’m unable to infill another lash technician’s work, as I can’t guarantee the condition, products or application of lashes that I haven’t applied myself. This is a policy I follow for the quality and safety of my clients, and it is not personal. Unfortunately, due to the timing of your appointment and my availability, I wasn’t able to accommodate you with a new set before your holiday. I was simply being honest about what I could and couldn’t provide rather than carrying out a service I wasn’t comfortable providing. . Regarding me being unwell, I took the necessary precautions and would never knowingly put my clients at risk As for your comment about me working while being unwell, I’d also like to clarify that having tonsillitis doesn’t automatically mean I’m unable to work. I was well enough to work and made the decision that I was fit to see clients. If I had been too unwell to work or felt there was any risk to my clients, I obviously would not have worked.and each client was made aware of the situation and where happy to still come to there appointment Ultimately, I feel this review has come from disappointment and frustration rather than a fair reflection of the service or situation. I completely understand that you were unhappy with the outcome, but I don’t feel it’s reasonable to leave a review that misrepresents the reasons behind my decision or my professionalism.
I’ve had my lashes done by Paige several times now and have loved them every time. She’s so friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. My lashes always look amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! 💕
