Abbi's nail prep is excellent, but she cut my cuticle and it bled, and my thumb has chipped and I just got them done today. I'm so sad about this, especially seeing she normally has such glowing reviews.
Hi Hannah, thank you for your feedback. I always take great care during cuticle prep and don’t recall any bleeding during your appointment, but I’m sorry if you felt any discomfort. I also offer a free complimentary nail repair within the first two weeks, so you’re more than welcome to message me and I’ll happily fix the chipped nail. unfortunately abbi is on holiday and was not there for the appointment when we arrived. very bad practice to not make sure these dates were not available to book. luckily my daughter was able to get a last minute appointment elsewhere for her formal in 2 days.
