I really enjoyed my microneedling session with Charlotte. Every step was explained and I felt she took great care of my skin and was extremely knowledgeable offering me some super advice afterwards. I will most definitely be returning.
My first appointment with Charlotte was an amazing experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. This was my first session using the Dual Pro injector rf. Charlotte was great, she talked me through what she was doing throughout. I was a bit worried about a possible skin flare up as some products can cause inflammation and spots on my cheeks due to me having rosacea. But the products used didn't cause any reaction at all. My skin felt and looked great after just 1 session. Im looking forward to other sessions of this with Charlotte.

Charlotte was so helpful from 1st contact and with after service. I had a growth removed from my chin, which would have waited a lifetime for an appointment for on the NHS. It has 80% disappeared now and not long till it’s gone for good! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (already have!) to friends etc. Thank you Charlotte A***

As well as my usual lazer, I just had my first ever dermaplaning facial with Charlotte, and I’m made up with the result! My skin feels unbelievably smooth and soft. I opted for the additional mask, and I can literally see the plumping hydration it's delivered. My makeup looks absolutely flawless this morning!! Charlotte went over and above to pamper me and made the whole experience so relaxing. *update* For those who may worry, the fuzz has not grown back dark!! Can’t wait to book my next visit, 5 ☆ from me!
