Before booking my appointment, I had no idea that the lash lift would be done in a large open salon rather than in a separate treatment room. With hairdressers working in the same room, children running around, and other customers talking, I found the environment quite stressful when I was expecting a relaxing experience. The girl who did my lashes was lovely and professional; however, I wasn’t asked what tint colour I wanted and ended up with black lashes. As my natural hair colour is light brown, I would have preferred a brown tint or even no tint at all. I think there is room for improvement in this area by discussing tint preferences with clients beforehand. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I won’t be back again.

Thank you for the kind review about the beautician who carried out your treatment, as for children in the salon this was unexpected and a rare occasion that children are in the salon, as a mother who runs a business I understand sometimes these things can't be helped and we do welcome all, the children were very well behaved. Again apologies that our salon was not for you xx
