Going to see Nicola is like having a cuppa with a friend. :) Her waxing is very thorough and she puts you very much ease. No hair is too small! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful! Nic provided a fantastic experience as always! Very knowledgeable when it comes to injury’s and knows exactly how to work them/ ease the pain. Following last nights massage I’ve felt fab inside and out all day! Can’t wait to come back soon x

I had my first reflexology treatment today and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The treatment itself was incredibly calming, and I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and much less stressed than when I arrived. The therapist was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The treatment room was peaceful and created the perfect environment to switch off and unwind. I would highly recommend Bellwood Therapies to anyone looking for some time to relax, recharge, and focus on their wellbeing. I will definitely be booking again. 💜
