Great haircut with Gemma. Would highly recommend, 5 stars!

We love Bertie and Belle. My sen son used to be so anxious about haircuts and would get so distressed and refuse to go. He has been going to Bertie and Belle for over a year, they are so patient and Gareth especially is so understanding and accommodating. It has made such a difference, he even asked to have his haircut this week which is a massive improvement. He loves playing on the xbox whilst having his haircut. Can't rate them highly enough. Kerry, Lisa and Gemma are all fab. x

Such a lovely atmosphere. Gemma was so friendly and made my three-year-old son so at ease. He absolutely loved his first haircut. We will definitely be booking again.

Excellentent experiencence as always. I am a regular customer and am never disappointed. The stylists are friendly and professional and listen carefully to customers.

Nikita and Gemma were so patient and kind with my son. He is extremely anxious getting his hair cut. He was given all the time he needed and his teddy bear's hair was even cut to help put him at ease. Thank you so much for your kindness - we will be back!

The staff are always very patient and accommodating, especially when the kids aren’t playing ball! Also get a decent amount of time so the appointment isn’t rushed

Really dissatisfied with tbh my son’s hair cut. Hasn’t been blended, visible lines through it, one side is longer than the other. Very unhappy will be complaining

Our 4 year old son had a haircut at Bertie & Belle and absolutely loved it! He thoroughly enjoyed sitting in a car and watching Bluey on the tablet, and Kerry was an absolute whizz at cutting his hair despite his head being on a swivel a lot of the time. He was also delighted with his balloon and stickers afterwards. We'd highly recommend this place, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and provide such great service. 😁

We’ve been here once before and it was awful! ( don’t think the lady was very confident or maybe new) We came again as my son really wanted to sit in a car. We loved jt! The lady cutting his hair was absolutely amazing, she was great and the hair cut is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
