Excellent as always!

The was our first visit to Bilouair. My 3 girls all loved it and all said they wanted to go there again.

Really happy with my consultation. Lis took the time to listen to what I wanted, and explained what would work best with my hair. I left feeling excited to see what it will look like!

Donna did such an amazing job with my hair today she took her time listening to how I wanted it and was so welcoming and lovely to chat with!

I managed to get a cancellation appointment for a cut and colour at very short notice although had never been to this salon before. I was Asked to go in for a patch test the day before and met Jodi for the first time - she was friendly and professional and then had my appointment with her next morning. Cant praise Jodi enough - really listened to my requests and I am absolutely delighted with my cut and colour!!! Would give more than five stars if I could!!!

Lauren was fab! Really lovely, which led to a great experience. Definitely booking again. I knew what I didn't want rather than what I did want and she listened, working out and suggesting things to do. Very happy.
