Great service as usual
Each haircut I have at Blunt is always excellent. The service is courteous and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. However, lately I’ve been asked to provide credit card details just to make an appointment. Whilst I’m not unsympathetic (as no-shows are annoying and take up valuable appointment slots), I really don’t feel comfortable providing card details, especially as I’ve been going to Blunt for a year and half without missing a single appointment. (Maybe this should be for brand new or occasional customers only). This is the reason for the three-star review. Happy to up this to five stars if the need for credit card details is done away with. [Edit: a workaround has been found regarding the booking process, so I’m happy to up this to the usual 5-star review.]
