I really love my nails and brows. feel so comfortable with sharon she is really down to earth and such a professional at her job and great adviser. definitely will be back. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for her as she is a great girl and does the best job

Sharon is lovely with my daughter and always a great service. Sharon has helped me to get my nails restored back from brittle, broken and in terrible condition (from previous nail treatments in other places) to lovely healthy nails with her tailored nail treatment with the gel/BIAB nails.

Shockingly bad experience. Booked appointment several weeks in advance for an up style for a very important event. Called in person the week before to confirm everything was ok for the following week, explaining that it was for a wedding at 1pm and was assured everything was fine. I also received a booking confirmation 2 days prior to my appointment date through Booksy. Arrived on time for my appointment on 27th June at 945 am - No response at the door and no answer to my attempt to phone the mobile given! Text message received an hour later stating that she thought my appointment was for the following week but could fit me in later that day - At best extremely poor diary management, at worst, as it clearly was, an unprofessional attempt to make it look like a genuine mistake. I would give Zero stars if it was possible to do so. Update to response - No voucher was offered, not that I would ever return as a client regardless.
Nicola I can only apologise as this never happens but as I explained in text it’s was a genuine mistake if you don’t believe that totally up to you, I’ve offered £100 voucher for any treatments to make up for any upset caused , the client blocked my number so has not received my response about voucher for any upset to her day
