Lana is so kind and professional, her lash room is always so cosy and relaxing. Always perfect lashes that last so long. Wouldn’t trust anyone else and couldn’t recommend Lana more.

I have been coming to Lana for years now and she is just the best. Not only are the lashes she does amazing but she’s such a lovely person and creates such a nice relaxing environment when I come to get my lashes done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Despite being a returning customer, I needed a new patch test due to pregnancy (which I informed Lana of). I asked Lana if she could help by nipping out to my car for a patch test because I would have my toddler with me but she refused saying it was 'too many bits to carry out' (a cotton bud and some product?!) ignored other correspondence asking to arrange another patch test that I could attend. Then when I missed ONE patch test and later text apologising for this has now said I can't book with her again!! Not an accessible or supportive business
