I booked an appointment with Rudy for 11am on Tuesday the 13th and waited for almost one hour and had to go somewhere else to do my shape up. Just saying if a particular timing isn't convenient and it's already been booked by a client, can the client get a feedback immediately alerting them the booked time isn't possible or convenient? it's not really nice waiting all that time with no word. Rudy's an amazing professional but if this feedback arrangement could be in place, it would help a lot. Many thanks and keep up the great work. I actually rated a one star because I wasn't happy with the lack of communication yesterday.
