Charlotte was fabulous as always, very attentive to how comfortable I was from start to finish. I left feeling very refreshed and a week later my skin is visibly improved already.

What an amazing treatment I had from start to finish! Calm relaxed clean environment. A hot blanket and special pillows to support me as I’m heavily pregnant. The most amazing relaxing facial. My face is glowing! Highly reccomend to anyone who just needs to zen & relax your in good hands here 🩷

I had treatments of microneedling - face skin booster in September's 2025 also lumi eye pro october 2025. - i also recieved both treatment today 25th march 2026 - i can honestly say - oh my god. The glow is just something else. I feel absolutely refreshed and a amazing glow. The reason why i stated when i last had this treatment is because just in that short 7 months of time i feel as though charlotte has improved her work massively, her professionalism has shot through the roof and deserves a pat on the back 👏 the care i recieved today was phenomenal, i couldnt fault or say one bad word regarding the care, the love, the treatment everything was just 10/10. I would highly recommend charlotte for all your treatments needed :) i absolutely love the glow she has given 😍. Also no dark areas under my eyes either, numbing cream definitely helped and i love the fact she thinks of all treatment needed so you have the most relaxing time whilst recieving treatment 😊 😀

Hybrid brow wax tint. Anazing results. Charlotte is a perfectionist and took time to map and show me at each stage before waxing and tinting. The colour was a little too light so she then re-did it to a medium brown to ensure i was happy with the results. Highly recommend and I'm rebooked for 6 weeks all ready.
