Charlotte always does a great job with my hair and seems to know what I want when I come in with my requests! Always delivers (usually above expectations if I’m honest). She makes me feel at ease and makes sure I’m comfortable - as someone who gets overwhelmed easily and has adhd, she always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy. Love my hair every time - thank you!x
