A wonderful visit in a fantastic atmosphere; the staff are lovely and very helpful, and the owner is incredibly thorough, meticulous, and 100% dedicated to her work. She worked hard to rescue my hair after my at-home experiments, and the result exceeded my wildest expectations; I can wholeheartedly recommend this salon

I had such a lovely experience at Chic Balayage and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Fatos was absolutely fantastic — so professional, knowledgeable and attentive, and I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Grace was also so lovely and accommodating throughout my visit. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was relaxed, friendly and professional, and I left feeling really happy with my hair. It’s always a great feeling when you find a salon where you feel looked after and can trust the people working on your hair. I’ll definitely be coming back to Chic Balayage!

Highly recommend Chic Balayage and Fatos. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, really lovely ladies. This was my second visit and I will be back. Fatos is passionate about her work and it shows in how you feel whilst there and when you leave. My hair has never looked or felt this good.

I would highly recommend Chic Balayage in Epping. From the moment you walk in, the salon is absolutely beautiful – it has such a luxurious, stylish feel. Fatosh was so welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout my appointment, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. I left as a very happy customer with a beautiful hair colour that I’m absolutely thrilled with. My hair felt amazing afterwards thanks to the lovely products she used. The girls working alongside Fatosh were all so friendly and welcoming too, which created such a lovely atmosphere in the salon. I went to the salon for the first time and I received exactly what I wanted. Fatos was very welcoming and did exactly what I asked for. The salon is really nice and I felt comfortable straight away. I would definitely recommend it.
