Booked x2 appointments 12.00 and 12.30 for my son and myself 23/5/2026. The barber didn’t show for either and the shop remained closed. Quite a surprise having received booking reminders the day before. Wasted a lot of time, fuel and parking charges coming into Bristol for these appointments on a very busy Saturday. Clearly neither of us will try and rebook and I suggest the owner up his game.
Hi We completely understand your frustration, especially after making the trip into Bristol and paying for parking on a busy Saturday. Saturday was completely blocked out long before so I will be contacting Booksy how this has happened, so this was an issue on our end with the booking system sending appointments and reminders when it shouldn’t have. To make it right, we’d like to offer you and your son a free haircut on us. Drop us a message directly and we’ll get you both booked in properly. I will send you text with my personal number so it's easier to book if your in Bristol again. Also as you see not a single bad review has been posted in the last 4 years since I have took over, nothing less than 5 stars has ever been posted posted. So I will be taking this extremely seriously as my direct fault and will deal with Booksy firmly so this won't be happening again. And really get to the bottom how this has happened. And again apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for the feedback.
