I was very happy with the whole experience from the moment I came in until haircut was done. the lady was super nice and listened to how I wanted my hair and made sure to check throughout if I I was happy. will definetly come back for for my next haircut!

What a lovely place and people I haven’t been to a hairdresser in 3 yrs could find one I was comfortable with. Katie was fantastic she put me at ease .Not only did she advise on the best colour & style for my fine hair she did a lovely cut & style. Will be recommending cloud 9 to everyone Patricia
