Didnt ebjoy the atmosphere of the salon from in through the door.. young girl that washed my hair seemed very inexperienced imo. Went for a wash and blow dry and hair was only washed once with shampoo another member of the team had to end up coming to do the curls in my hair. When i booked i booked a curly blow dry which should be done with hair dryer and big brush to leave bouncy.. no heat spray or serum was used on my hair she just started curling with straightners.. 3 members of the team trying to sell products to me and left with hair still damp at the back..very unpleasant experience wont be back or wont recommend on the plus side the young girl who took over the curling was lovely

I loved Cocoon Hair Studio…it was so cute and different! Sarah Jane did a fantastic job and I love the results. The other staff were also lovely and the drinks menu is a great idea…💜

great blowdry

Such a welcoming salon, Suzanne was so lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me a gorgeous curly blow dry that lasted really well. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and will be back again💕💕

I booked my mum in for a blowdry with Suzanna and she absolutely loved it! Suzanna was so friendly and made her feel really comfortable. Her hair looked amazing and stayed that way for days. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend her to anyone.
