What started as a negative review on Booksy has turned into a genuinely positive experience with Leo. I had to cancel my first appointment just three hours before my scheduled haircut due to an unexpected family emergency. Despite explaining the reason for the cancellation, I was still charged £30 through Booksy, which understandably left me disappointed and led me to leave a negative review. However, Leo reached out to me personally, apologised for the inconvenience, and took the time to work out a solution for next time. Not only did he handle the situation professionally, but he went above and beyond by booking me straight back in for a haircut at no extra charge, recognising that I had already paid through the cancellation fee. The haircut itself was absolutely brilliant, and the whole experience completely changed my initial impression. I've been going to Marcus for years, from his days at Aura to now running Concrete Barbers. His cuts and styling are always spot on, and whenever he's unavailable, the rest of the team maintain the same high standards. Always a great atmosphere and consistently excellent service. Highly recommended!

Marcus! what can I say, best barber in wales for a variety of reasons. highest standard of cut, great conversation, always offers the best advice! Wouldn't go anywhere else
