Great amount of time allocated for consult before cut, super friendly and not judgemental at all, great chat - v lovely bunch of ladies and I will be back!! Only downside was not being aware that there would be doggies there. -> not a general complaint as I love dogs and was happy to see them chilling, but lil Ozzy was very excited and licked a LOT with no intervention even during hair shampooing. My sensitive skin was really flared up afterward as a result unfortunately - I would’ve worn long sleeves if I’d have known, which is what I’ll do next time!

We do advertise that we're a dog-friendly salon, as our salon dogs are part of our little family, but we appreciate that this information can sometimes be missed. If you'd felt uncomfortable or mentioned your allergy or sensitivity during your appointment, we would absolutely have moved Ozzy away and made sure you were as comfortable as possible.
