my barber I had booked was a no-show, but luckily josh was able to cut my hair instead. he was very attentive and listened to my instructions.good hair cut and conversation was light during appointment.would certainly recommended him,but as he was the only one on duty he had to deal with other clients hence 4 star rating( minor observation) in a costumer care business you need to be better staffed. thanks again josh
Yes the place is great and the guys are all great but I think that a bit of background music needs to be played in the shop

Booked an appointment with Shea through Booksy for my son. Turned up only to be told that Shea "just decided not to turn up to work" and that he's been doing that for the last couple of weeks . . . Why was he bookable? And how is he still employed?? I was asked to come back in half an which I did only to be told again that we couldn't be taken at the designated time. Appalling.
