Had an appointment booked and was told I had not, even though I’d paid a deposit. I was asked to come back at 3:30pm when my appointment was booked for 10:15am. They were not accommodating! I paid my deposit via card and got it given back to me in cash. Would never go back!

So Rushed asked for classics eyelashes she’s gave me Russians and my eyebrows are wonky

Zero stars. Arrived to be told they have two booking systems so couldn’t do it as had lashes also booked in. Told to come back on Monday, which I cannot as I go on holiday hence needing this app. We’re also reluctant to refund and seemed completely uninterested. Terrible service really disappointing

had many compliments today in work over my eyebrows that I had waxed and tinted, lovely girl who did them was very pleasant, sorry but I didn't catch her name but I am pleased with results. Also had my nails done today by Mahsa, French tips and they are beautiful! Mahsa was very pleasant and friendly too. Highly recommend.

Turned up for my appointment to be told i didnt have an appointment even though i showed the rude girl on the reception my confirmation email my reminder email and reminder text message have been a customer for over 3 years and was basically told tough you havnt got an appointment although i book every month using Booksy girl on reception really needs to go on a customer service course as she is lacking people skills needless to say i will not be booking here again if this is the way they treat regular customers
