Got my lashes done and I love them! They feel super comfortable and not bothering my eyes at all unlike other lashes Iโve had!
This was my hair after 1 week with Leanna may I have never had a worse experience and then to blackmail me I went to get my hair done at cloud nine and all the team there was in shock at the way the hair was fitted . A absolute disgrace
Hi, you booked last min and I told you blonde beads was all I had, we continued and you left the room without me completing your hair I asked you to sit down and you wouldnโt you got closer to the exit door , if you werenโt happy I canโt understand you leaving with the hair fitted in! I appreciated you werenโt happy with the blonde beads and asked you to pay just ยฃ40 for the work completed and I would take out and put all brown beads in for you which you said was fine on the day before you left without making a single payment !! May I add you came with wet hair which I dried for you free of charge also! And you only booked a fitting but I still took them out also FREE of charge ! You have robbed from my buisness after 3 hours of my work has been completed. Your photos are uploaded now your treatment was over 3 weeks ago of course youโre going to have growth. you werenโt threatened you robbed from my clinic and I have every right to claim the money back.
