I booked a “tidy up and nail polish” appointment through Booksy. When I arrived, I was told this wasn’t actually a service they offered. I showed the staff that it was clearly listed on Booksy, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, they insisted it wasn’t there and were quite rude throughout the conversation. Mistakes with online booking can happen, but the way the situation was handled was really disappointing. A simple apology or an attempt to find a solution would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling annoyed that my time had been wasted. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this place.
Atmosphere is lovely and calm. I got a lovely pedicure and absolutely love my nails
Very nice relaxing environment, I was nervous since it was my first time but it went very well and the lady who did my nails was very kind and accommodating.
