I’ve been using Darren for several years now as a bit of post run rehab, he always manages to ease the aches pains and strains, friendly and professional Already booked in for the next session!

Darren is amazing and always manages to fix my aches n pains

I’ve been seeing Darren for a few years now, both for general maintenance and to help with specific injuries, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s always been great at addressing the immediate issue, but what I really appreciate is that he goes above and beyond to help with the longer-term recovery too. After appointments, Darren provides useful rehab advice and exercises tailored to what I need, which has made a real difference in managing injuries and keeping me moving well. He’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely invested in helping you improve, rather than just treating the problem on the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have been having treatment for with Darren for 2 - 3 years and no matter what the issue is, I always walk out with more mobility than I walked in with. Darren has been brilliant at relieving general muscles knots and tightness gained from daily life stresses and strength training 3 times a week. The improvements are immediate and so beneficial, he has even worked on getting more mobility in my shoulder a year after surgery, which I am so delighted with. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and regular visits will now be part of my maintenance routine to keep me moving and lifting well. So thankful to have found him.
