I visited Darren at DW Sports Massage yesterday for the first time for a deep tissue massage to help keep me moving during my training. The results were incredible. Not only did it help with my training & recovery, but he also managed to get additional movement back into a shoulder I had surgery on a year ago for frozen shoulder. The difference was immediate! He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a lovely guy. Brilliant and attentive treatment—I will definitely be making this a regular part of my physical maintenance routine. Highly recommended!
