Honestly such an amazing experience. I went upon the recommendation of my friend and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning insha’Allah. 10/10!

The ladies there were absolutely lovely, so kind, talkative, made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and so much more confident. I was given a beautiful treatment ahead of my wedding and lots of life advice too! Could not recommend enough and will certainly be back!! Sajida the lady that took care of me was absolutely amazing!!

We had the most wonderful experience. The staff were lovely and in particular the lovely lady that completed our treatments was excellent. Can’t wait to come again!

The staff is kind and friendly. Owner herself takes care of every person coming for the services . Clean and tidy Looking forward to go again.

The lady doing my lymphatic drainage massage was very rough, and left me uncovered completely for most of the treatment until i asked to be covered. She needs to learn how to give customers an 'experience' as it just felt like the job was rushed and there was no care to do it nicely. Also the therapist is not the one I chose so this needs to be fixed on the system or not offered at all as a choice if they are unable to provide the therapist that was asked for. There was no difference between this and a usual massage so I could have booked a normal massage and paid less than £80!

Wasn’t as good as the last time we went when we had the Royal Hammam-7pm slot, it felt rushed, especially when hosed down felt lucky to not get sprayed in the face. But with 50% off it wasn’t so bad but I wouldn’t have been happy if I was paying full price.

Really lovely experience, will definately be back!
