Ellie has always been amazing when I have had my make up done by her. She does an amazing job and is always professional x
After the make up application I developed a rash on my face. This has completely shattered my day to day confidence and I now have to take measures to fix this. When I approached Ellie about this issue I was met with 0 accountability and denied a refund. I felt the reaction immediately but I presumed it was just irritation would go away naturally over a couple days, It I’m fact has not.
I'll say it again for everyone to see. I’m really sorry that this has happened and that it’s effected your confidence, however I don’t feel that I should be held responsible, as I use all high end products and sanitise my brushes before every client. All my hygiene standards are kept highly throughout makeup application. My skin prep is all hypoallergenic. I’ve never had anyone say anything like this throughout my 10 years of being a makeup artist, so I am quite confident that it wasnt anything I did that gave you a rash. Maybe a product didn’t agree with you, but we was both unaware that this would happen, otherwise we could have avoided the situation entirely and used something else. You also told me over a week after your appointment, if it was the makeup application I presume you would have felt a reaction within 24 hours. Anything could have caused you to break out.

makeup was flawless did not budge throughout the wedding , with haveing acne prone skin you worked your magic & did a great Job , will deffo be my go to when I need my makeup doing , got so much compliments about how nice my eyes looked , all thanks to you
