I visited for the first time and had such a lovely experience! Emma was really friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable straight away. She was very informative and explained everything she was doing throughout the appointment. She took the time to talk me through the process and made sure I knew what to expect at every stage. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable hairdresser! 💕
