My appointment was booked for 12:00 I arrived at 11:50 and waited until 12:30 before deciding to leave. This was due to ROHAN not being present in the barbershop which is who was allegedly available for my appointment slot. When I left the barbershop en route back to my car I saw ROHAN only just getting into the shop. The is a major lack of punctuality and ownership with the staff at the shop and they seem to not understand the simple concept of an appointment booking system which this app is based upon. After my experience you are better off just walking in due to appointment times not being abided by.

Very impressed with the service and the finished result. The haircut itself is great and I’m very happy with it. The beard trim was next level, the guy is like an artist and I’m very happy with the finished look. I’d recommend Empire barbers to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

I had the pleasure of visiting Empire Barbers today, and I can’t recommend them enough! I opted for the full service2, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and the quality of the haircut exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were professional and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable. If you’re looking to treat yourself to a top notch haircut and an extra nice experience, Empire Barbers is definitely worth trying! Highly recommend!
