I take all genuine feedback seriously, however after carefully reviewing our records, this appointment you did not turn up for, and no service was carried out, it was a last minute 15 minute appointment, that was not shown as a no-show by booksy, after checking it’s a fake name, account number email, you have booked in before this but I have no-showed you, but this time booksy confirmed the booking, as I didnt think anything of it, I should have blocked you the first time. This is clearly someone trying to Tarnish my reputation and business.
