My son came in for his very first haircut, and I was a little nervous beforehand. However, as soon as he sat in the chair, the barber made him feel comfortable and at ease. My little toddler stayed calm and happy throughout the whole haircut, which really impressed me. The haircut looks absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The barber was so patient, kind, and respectful, especially with young children. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend this barbers to everyone, especially parents bringing their little ones for their first haircut. It’s well worth the money, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you for making such a special milestone such a lovely experience!

Booked an appointment and arrived on time, only to be told it was moved later after I was already outside the shop. The business also has two listed addresses, which made things confusing from the start. The first address looked like it hadn’t seen human life since lockdown, so I assumed it was an old or outdated location. The second address looked like it was the active shop — hardly, but it still looked somewhat habitable. I waited around 20 minutes past the rescheduled time outside a locked door, made multiple calls and messages with no response, and even knocked a few times for my own entertainment as there was clearly no one coming. Eventually left after waiting a total of around 40+ minutes across both locations with still no communication. Overall, very poor organisation and communication, and not a reliable appointment-based service. I’ll be honest, after seeing the state of the place I was actually somewhat relieved they didn’t answer anyway.

Booked a haircut at Salford only a 5 minute walk from my house get a message 20 minutes before my haircut that the appointment is in rusholme and couldn’t get a haircut
