From the moment I arrived, FCBUK premises were spotless, beautifully presented & as always, really welcoming! The level of care & attention that Frankie provides throughout the appointment is amazing. The process was explained to me clearly & in detail, you can really tell how much pride & professionalism goes into her work 👏🏽 I was initially a bit nervous about the pain of the procedure, but honestly, the process was far more comfortable than I expected, I’d rate it about a 3/10 for pain, if that! It was practically painless 👌🏽 But most importantly, I absolutely LOVE my new eyebrows! They look incredible, so natural, perfectly shaped & exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the results 🤩 Thank you so much for such an amazing job, I’ll definitely be recommending FCBUK ⭐️
