Charlotte is such a lovely, genuine person and a fantastic hairdresser. She’s so friendly and attentive, and most importantly, she actually listens to what you want, which is something that can be surprisingly hard to find! She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser who is not only talented but very attentive in a lovely salon. Thank you Charlotte, from Kate x
