Had my hair done by Charlotte. It is such a good atmosphere in the salon. Everyone is friendly. Charlotte done a brilliant job on my hair as it hasn't had a good cut for years, nothing is too much trouble for her so easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hairdressers, the best I've been in
My latest set of nails, inspired by Expedition 33, while I cosplay a character from the video game over the Isle of Wight carnival season, but also with the twist of the norse binding rune of Loki, from both Norse Mythology and Paganism. These beauties were done by the amazing Debbie! Her work is absolutely gorgeous and I will forever recommend her if you're looking to get your nails done 😍😍😍 I will also forever recommend Carley if you're ever in need of a good massage! It's done me the world of good since I first started seeing her a few months back for treatments and I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. And in general, the salon is super friendly and everyone is lovely and chatty ❤️
Really lovely salon experience for my 9 year old daughter today. She had her nails done by Debbie so was so kind and friendly to her. She is absolutely over the moon with them. Thank you so much 😊.

The lady Carley was a lovely lady and I do feel bad about leaving such a negative review but multiple things have gone horrifically awful. I had a full leg wax, and have noticed upon returning home that she's missed a load of hairs, but the main problem was my eyebrow wax. I said I had sensitive eyebrows, I also said I wanted the shape kept the same I just wanted it tidied up as there were a few hairs regrown that didn't fit. it should've been 5 mins max. It was going fine, but then halfway through she put some product on my eyebrows that burned immediately and stung and felt awful, she removed it but then she panicked and didn't know how to sort it. She then didn't want to put any other product on and so instead of removing excess wax with product shes used more strips but that's made my eyebrows uneven, so she's gone back to the other side, only now she made them thin which I didn't want, and they don't match, one has too much hair halfway up and the other has had too much hair removed in the middle so they look weird. she also pulled the wax out with a brush. my eyes are super red, swollen and feel awful and the worst part is it was for a wedding tomorrow. She also somehow got the wax in my hair which I don't even know how she did that. so my hair is sticky and greasy now.i also had my nails done, a french tip finish which she struggled to do, they look ok but patchy in some places. She didn't have a card machine and then a transfer wouldn't work so I had to go and get cash out. she didn't charge me for the eyebrows but to be honest, given the shambles I don't think I should've been charged at all. I just think everything was handled really unprofessionally. I don't know if maybe she is a good beautician but just can't cope when something goes a bit wrong and has just panicked massively, and again as a person she was lovely and I could see she was upset but I was there for 3 hours and I feel she made it worse by keep going on about it.
Hi Jodie, We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Carley is a highly competent beauty therapist. She takes enormous pride in her work and genuinely cares about every client who walks through our doors. You mentioned during your appointment that you have very sensitive skin. As soon as you told Carley that the product was stinging, she immediately removed it and chose not to apply any further products because she did not want to risk causing any further irritation. Her priority throughout was your comfort and wellbeing. Carley was genuinely upset that the treatment did not go as planned and, as a gesture of goodwill, did not charge you for your eyebrow treatment. She spent additional time trying to help, as she wanted you to leave happy. We were surprised to read your review, as you didn’t raise any further concerns before leaving and you appeared happy with the outcome at the time. Had we known you were still unhappy, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns and see what we could do to help before you left the salon. While we’re saddened that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we do wish you all the best.

Charlotte is an absolute legend! Really listen to what you want and nothing is too much trouble for her, did my daughter’s hair for her prom and she was over the moon with how it looked. Thankyou so much x
I always love my nails ! I trust Debbie not only do a fantastic job but take good care of my nails , they have never been so healthy and strong. Nothing is too much trouble .
