45 minutes late appointment (which was changed from 6pm to 7pm and I accepted on app and got email proof) and the haircut felt rushed. I had to prompt for basic finishing touches like evening out the fringe and completing the sides after the skin fade. Disappointing first experience — won’t be returning. No apologies for appointment lateness and was offered some discount after having to ask. Sweet hairdresser and was working past hours which was accepted online but unfortunately still disappointing overall
