First time at gentlemen’s retreat and definitely won’t be the last. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Was offered a drink upon arrival and even though I was a bit early I didn’t have to wait long. The haircut itself was probably the best I’ve had, I let mark have free rein and he smashed it. Talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel like I’ve been going there for years. Cannot recommend enough!
