Have booked 2 times now and specifically booked to see Charlie however, when I got there Charlie was not there and I was even by someone else. My overall experience with the other person was no where near the standards I have received from Charlie previously…. Just frustrating that the app has allowed me to book with Charlie twice and then him Not be there
Hair cut was fine and of high level of customer care, but I was over charged. Paid deposit on Booksy and this wasn’t considered in the final price. Also, the prices in the shop are different than advertised. Trying to request refund for deposit but proving difficult despite proof of purchase.
I have thinning hair that's difficult to cut right. Barber did a great job.

Booked in for VIP with Gio. Got there, waited 15 minutes. Then was seen by someone who wasn’t Gio, he seemed like he couldn’t be assed and everything was a huge deal. Gave me half of the VIP package and said done, it wasn’t until Gio came over for payment they realised and then had me sit down again. Top of my moustache has been waxed off and burnt. Also thought the point of washing after a cut was to remove loose hairs…why would it then be trimmed/finished again after the gown was removed covering my clothes in tiny hairs which wasn’t ideal when I was going for dinner straight after. And then to top it off they have added a 10% tip which I didn’t agree to to the automated payment through Booksy! UPDATE: Gio reached out and offered a complimentary VIP SERVICE. This was exceptional, would definitely recommend.
