Disappointed compared to what is advertised on their Instagram. I asked for almond nails and got these.. every nail is a different length and shape and I expressed when he was shaping that I wanted them narrower. I also had to ask for more coats of the colour as he was happy to go ahead with topcoat when they were patchy. No cuticle work done - wasn’t even offered cuticle oil at the end. Very disappointed won’t be back

During your appointment, you chose to keep your nails short because you have a young child, which we completely understand. With nails at that length, making them any narrower would have affected the balance and strength of the shape. We sincerely apologize that we did not communicate this clearly during your service and that you left feeling disappointed.
